Review content:
After having several of our Mackie powered PA speakers repaired, I can say we are happy with their work and overall customer service. On each repair, they called after diagnostic to let me know the total cost prior to completing the work. They also called when it was complete and ready for pick-up. Some of our work was under our factory warranty from Mackie. Turn around was acceptable, ususally about 10 - 14 days. ITs not cheap, but I guess that's the nature of electronics repair.
