Review content:
How this place stays in business is amazing! Called our warranty company on Monday at 3pm to place a service call and were told this place would be coming out between 8am to 12pm on Wednesday. They call us to confirm address etc. for the call on Tuesday and left us a message. I call them back, but have to leave a message, looking at other reviews that seems to be the way they operate. They call back on Wednesday and get the information they need and at the end of the call tell me they aren't coming. They don't service my area, but have 3 or 4 other service calls in my area and will do them all on the same day. WHat day I ask? They don't know! I then ask why didn't you tell me that in the message you left and the lady tells me she did and that she called me on Monday at 2:20 to let me know. So, she lied about the message. With the economy the way it is, I wouldn't want anyone out of a job, but they don't deserve anyone's business.
