Review content:
A group of 25 of us went to Shoguns for a birthday party and had made reservations weeks in advance for the event. Shoguns called us the afternoon of the event to confirm our reservation but when we showed up (on time!) we found out that our tables weren't even available. We waited an hour and ten minutes until we complained enough to have all of us squeeze into two small tables. Even then, our original tables were still occupied by the same people that were there over an hour ago. After dinner, we spoke with the manager who had the audacity to blame that night's unfortunate events on us. After we turned his argument against him he just gave a non-sincere ""i'm sorry"" and walked off.
Other than that, the food was pretty good. The chefs only do a few tricks at the end which was a little disappointing but they were very nice.
My suggestion, take your money to another Japanese steakhouse. Ensure that you'll have a great experience for the amount of money you pay.
Pros: good food
Cons: management, courtesy, do not adhere to reservations
