Review content:
First of all, instead of bread at the table, you get a cesar salad and mini blueberry muffins. I could eat those all day long! They are THAT good! Salad was awesome too. Our entrees were a mixed bag, part good, part not so good. But I would give the Shrimp Facory a much higher rating were it not for the horrible service! We were left waiting over and over again. The hostess at the front kept saying ""be right with you"" and then disappearing for what seemed like 10 minutes at a time, our waiter was neglectful and we had to flag him down on several occations, and worst yet, the bathrooms were dirty and gross. Usually the care of the bathrooms are a good sign of how restaurants keep things managed as a whole. Overall, the food was good, but the rest of the place seemed in complete disorder.
Pros: Amazing blueberry mini muffins!
Cons: Horrible service. slow and neglectful
