Review content:
Riazzis has been a favorite family dining destination for several generations. Their pizza is out of this world and should be considered for the Best of Phoenix. I sold fresh produce to Lucy Riazzi back in the 80s and I will testify that Riazzis is just as particular about the product coming into the restaraunt as they are with what they serve. The secret to success is to have consistancy in a product regardless if it's great good or poor. Their product is great and consistant. They harvest the entire year supply of tomatoes from the same farm when the crop has reached the perfect ripeness and acidity. The Riazzi sauce is started very early in the morning for the evening meal and what is left over is served for lunch the next day. No sauce before it's time! Outstanding!
