I have never been treated more rudely than at this Meineke location. I brought my van in for them to change the alternator, and the next day I broke down on the side of 270 with my five kids in the car. When I called Meineke they were arrogant and rude to me, never apologizing and Jim admitted they didn't even test the van or part after they put the alternator on. I had the van towed in and guess what? bad alternator. My husband and I pointed out that they didn't even look over the car and do an inspection and Jim said it would cost us $90 to have them look at it. However as I was standing in the office, Jim told two other customers problems they had with THEIR cars and they did NOT pay $90. they paid $20 for an oil change and I paid $429.32!!! I called another Meineke location and they told me if i brought my car in for an alternator they do a FREE courtesy inspection. So Meineke replaced the alternator and it broke down again!!!!! My husband called Meineke saying we want our money back to take it somewhere else and we were told the general manager would call us back and he never has. I also called and left a detailed message and my call was never returned. We gave them both out cell phone numbers. Poor parts and rude service for $429.32 I can't believe it and I intend to let everyone know to watch out!
