Review content:
We recently purchased our house in Long Beach. We had not realized the electrical hadn't been updated since the 1950's. We had a HUGE job for these guys. Intially, we called for a new plug to be installed for the microwave as well as an estimate on everything else we wanted to repair.
Mike came out, was friendly, curteous and gave us a great deal of information. Some things he knew he had to get confirmation on but once he did, he contacted us immediately with a full on quote for services.
Mike and Curtis were here fo 7 or 8 full work days, working their butts off.
They were both extremely polite and friendly as well as easy to talk to and chat with. They even handled my two little boys incessant electrical questions with ease all while they were doing their work. They were here for so many days, I kinda feel like they're family.
Overall, great everything!
Stayed within quoted prices, materials, and estimates, when a part of the job became more difficult and took longer than anticipated, they kept us fully informed of any changes or difficulties and then went right back to work at the problem with renewed vigor. These guys are fantastic! I will recommend them to any one I know and do everything I can to spread the word that Accurate Electric services truly do live up to their name and more.
