Prior to my having recently retired, I spent 30 years in senior/executive management positions at the corporate headquarters for three multi-billion dollar, multi-national conglomerates in the service industry. Two of these companies were automotive companies (i.e. Nissan and Mitsubishi Motors).
In each of aforementioned companies, among 4-5 other departments, the responsibility for Customer Relations/Satisfaction was also within my purview of responsibility, so I believe I have the unique advantage of being both a customer, as well as having been responsible for ensuring that each of these global companies were viewed as having customer service as a priority of paramount importance.
(Please note, that at no time prior to or during the service being provided by ?Just Smogs? did I ever share any information pertaining to my professional experience in the automotive industry. So I?m confident that any/all customers will receive the same level of exemplary service).
Based on my recent visit to ?Just Smogs? (test only), in Huntington Beach, California and my observations of their operations and customer service, as it related to everyone present (i.e. approximately 4-5 individuals), it is with sincere pleasure that I?m able to state unequivocally that their service was very professional, the technicians were both knowledgeable and extremely courteous and the service itself was very expeditious despite the number of customer vehicles needing to be serviced.
As mentioned in some of the other reviews/critiques of the ?Just Smogs? the person responsible for the seamless handling of any/all services, including all of the scheduling of vehicles, as well as the comfort and convenience of this facilities customers, is a young man named Danny.
I found Danny to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, informative, courteous and an excellent representative for ?Just Smogs?.
Due to the exemplary performance I experienced as well as witnessed, now that our Infiniti G35 coupe has been certified, I have already scheduled an appointment to have our Lexus GS tested and certified by Danny and his associates at ?Just Smogs?.
It?s also important to note that prior to selecting ?Just Smogs? in Huntington Beach, California, I had either visited or spoken with representatives of five other smog certification stations, each of which were at least five miles closer to our home.
In addition to recommending ?Just Smogs? and Danny to our family and friends, I would highly encourage anyone seeking a smog test and possible certification to visit the ?Just Smogs? facility in Huntington Beach, California.
