My family and I lived at a CWP apartment for one year and our experience was terrible. Our troubles began at around 6 months into our lease with a leaking pipe from the upstairs unit bathroom. The problem was never completely resolved even until the end of our lease term and we felt compelled to move out. Throughout this ordeal I tried to call the office to get some results and the office manager was rude, disrespectful, ignored my call and raised her voice at me when I finally did a chance to speak to her. She said they were working on it, although we never saw any satisfactory results. It was this treatment and the fact the repairs were never completed that prompted us to file a lawsuit against CWP.
