We bought a 15' x 30' above ground pool before hurricane Katrina from Clearwater. 2 years after we were notified by Dave that the liner he sold us was not the mil specs that was sold for that pool. He informed us he was sending out a contactor to change out the old liner and replace it with the correct mil that we bought for the pool at NO cost to us for the liner or contractors time & labor. We have been dealing with Clearwater for a long time and have had nothing but outstanding service. Thanks Dave & Jeff for standing by your products. Norman
