I pulled into Casey's as I developed a flat tire right in front of their shop. Without hesitation, they evaluated and said I needed a new tire as there was a crack in the sidewall. I knew I was on borrowed time with this particular tire, so they were right on. They put my spare on, put the bad tire back on the spare rack under my suv. They gave me an estimate and sent me on my way without charging me for their time and without a commitment from me that I will purchase a tire from them. Because of their quality service, I will be getting that tire from them.
