Review content:
From start to finish this company has been a true gem. Their response time is amazing, they actually try to accomodate their customers shedules, and made me feel as if my business was important to them. I really liked the fact that they sent me a reminder e-mail to state in writing what time my appt was and a photo of the electrican that would be coming to do the work.
I hate having contractors/repair men in my home.But my electracian, Michael, was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I was very comfortable with him and actually enjoyed watching how he did the work. He took care of trouble shooting the problem in a systematic manner and wasted no time in getting to work.
As long as Trim is in business I will never call anyone else. They have won my trust and I will continue to do business with them.
