I wish there were a button for 0 stars, because that is what this company deserves for their TERRIBLE customer service and riduculous warranty policy.
Not even two weeks after Midwwest installed our garage door, the wheels came off the track. We have a one year warranty, but because their faulty product broke on the weekend, they said it would be $175 to have someone just come out to look at it!
I talked to the owner (probably the rudest man I've ever encountered) and another service man about the issue. They were adamant that the only way they would honor their ""warranty"" was if we waited until Monday.
Meanwhile our entire lives were inconvenienced because our car was stuck in our garage and our property was left unprotected.
If I were you, I would seriously look elsewhere for a garage door company!
