New Review after 6 months:
I can honestly say I dont understand the other reviews... I absolutely LOVE living here and have not had any problems. The location is perfect being next to all the stores and freeway, and the staff from my experience has been nothing but helpful. I did not have the problem with the garage that a few other posters mentioned, but I still cant say that would knock my entire review down to a single star. No one is ever in the gym when I go at night, which is AWESOME as I get it all to myself.
You -can- hear the road traffic, at least from my room. While some people may find that annoying, I personally enjoy the ambiance. I never hear my neighbors unless they are on their porch talking loudly which has happened once in the 6 months ive lived here.
The elevators are slow too, but not enough to bother me. The pros vastly outweigh the cons in my book.
Review after first few weeks:

Only moved in about a few weeks ago, so will update in a few months if things are different. So far it is very nice. The apartment we moved into is brand new, spacious, and quite lovely. The grounds are also quite nice and everything looks very clean. Maintenance was extremely courteous and polite.
The location of the complex is amazing being right next to The Landing, and 5 exits down from the Seattle Airport / other shops.
I will agree with the previous review that the leasing staff member I was working with acted as if I was inconveniencing her when I went in to sign the papers. (Hence the 4/5 stars.) While she was very helpful, it seemed as if she would rather not be there. The other staff members I encountered were welcoming and great.
The elevators -can- be slow but so far it has not been much of an issue. My only other complaints are paying $50/mo for my two pets (seriously?!).
Have not had any noise problems, but it -may- be that this wing is not yet filled since these apartments are relatively new.
