Looking at this apartment complex from the outside in....it seems amazing! Safe garage, FOB key entrance, recently buillt, close to everything etc etc. LOOKS ARE DECEIVING!!!
First off, these apartments are CHEAP!!! You can literally hear everything that goes on! People below you, people above you, full on conversations walking thru the hallways, echoes thru the courtyard and so on! Summer was horrible because everyone has their windows open and you can hear people constantly. I hear both y neighbors television upstairs and next to me constantly. No sense in complaining because you know it is only because this place is so cheaply built.
During the day its so fooling because it seems so nice and quiet. The gym is too small for this size of a complex as well as the pool during the summer. They have removed the blinds from the gym for god knows what reason. Now when you are working out you feel like people are staring at you thru the large floor to ceiling windows by the door.
There is a nice clubhouse that you can never go in unless you are renting. The elevators are slow. People smoke in the stairwell. This place is WAY overpriced. The floors aren't even wood yet they advertise ""hardwood"" floors.
As mentioned in another review there was white stuff that ruined the paint on my car. They told us they wouldn't pay for it. There is no break on renewing a lease if by some odd chance you wanted to renew. By far I would never recommend this place to anyone!
