This review is for the Westminster store on W.92nd Ave - I purchased new wheels and tires from them at a good price. Staff is friendly for a fast paced environment. In and out in 1.5 hours with an appointment wasn't too bad. My tire and wheel combo presented some unique problems that resulted in the tires becoming unbalanced at highway speed. I took it back and they spent some shop time on fixing it. But they only fixed one of the four and got me out the door. Had to come back again a few days later when another tire/wheel started acting up. I brought a potential fix with me this time and they agreed to try it. It cost them/me 2 hours of the following day to remove all 4 tires from the wheels and put the big fix on the problem. It seems to have worked and I am satisfied with my purchase from them. They made some mistakes but did not back away from fixing it or blame something else, like the customer. This was an installation issue and they owned up to it. I dealt with several people on the problem and they all acted professional. I'll buy from them again. If they'll let me.
