We recently purchased a 2011 XF ? an absolute dream car! After a week of driving, we took the car back to get a Simonize treatment as part of the sales agreement. When we went to pick up the car, we were told the worst thing you can imagine: The car had been damaged in the shop. We were in shock, and no one really knew what to do late on a Friday night. They offered us a loaner car, which we really didn?t need so we passed. All weekend we fretted about an outcome that would leave us with a ?new? but repaired car. We had no doubt that Leith would repair the car ?as new,? but we really didn?t want to start off with a repaired car.
