Review content:
AAA lawnmower sales are here to sale parts, not be friendly and helpful. They seem to be confused on their hours of operation. One website has them open until 5:30 at night, and the door to the shop says 5:00. When I showed up to get my part that I had already ordered, and prepaid for, at five minutes until 5:00, they were already closed. When I looked in the window, I could see employees inside. They would not come to the door when I knocked, or acknowledge me. I called from my cell phone and they ignored that as well. Since I have already paid for my part, I have no choice but to pick it up. They say they will charge me a restocking fee if I ask for a refund. I am going to pick up my part, but that will be the last time I go there. There is another lawnmower repair place right across the street who will get my business. Shame on AAA!
