I wish I could give this place negative stars. The only thing these people care about is money. My dog had to have emergency surgery during the summer. In December the same thing happened and she had to have the same surgery as before. The surgery cost 4000$. They tell you that you have to pay the four grand up front, or your dog is going to die, just like that. Very heartless unless you have all the money. After we gathered enough money for them to start the surgery, they told us how much the cost would be for the post care and they would let us know day by day when the cost goes up so we can try to get more money. The night before she was coming home, we stopped to see her, and they told it was only going to be an additional 165$ from what we already paid. So the morning we go to get her, it is suddenly 500$ more. All they care about is money!! We also found out that our dog could of had a procedure after the first time in the summer that would have prevented it from happening again. Of course they didn't want to tell us because they wanted more money!!! Some are nice, but a couple are rude and heartless and do not understand that most people can't afford their outrageous prices. DO NOT GO HERE!
