It's been a year since I had my wisdom removed from this dentist and I have 2 claims opened against them. One with my dental insurance because they failed to submit the paperwork for my coverage, instead they kept billing me monthly. Their 'billing line' is a machine that takes a message; no answer, no call back. After the claim opened from the insurance company, they charged my credit card- UNAUTHORIZED! I have a claim open against them for keeping my CC# on file and charging it without my permission. They are unfriendly, cheaters, a bunch of thieves and they will NOT make your experience a good one. Avoid at ALL COSTS! (Cause it'll cost you big time). For the past year, they have added stress to my life, failed to do their job submitting paperwork, robbed me and refuse to return my calls. Unprofessional to the highest degree!
