Businiess name:  Masaki's Auto Repair

Review content:
I went here to get my headlights fixed. They did a diagnostic which cost me an hour of their time which came out to about $133. ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE PER HOUR, which is an insane hourly rate for a non-dealer. Their diagnosis found that I needed to change a module which was to cost $350 for the part and about another $150+ for the labor. So I decided to go and get my car back and pay the diagnostic fee. I asked what exactly they did because I was pretty pissed that I basically wasted $133. He said he checked the ground wires and said they were good according to the invoice. I brought it to an electrical auto mechanic and they fixed my headlights for $111 and they said they just had to replace a faulty ground wire, the one that DAVE MASAKI said was good ON THEIR INVOICE. Goes to show that even companies that are BBB (Better Business Bureau) certified, such as MASAKI AUTO REPAIR, can not be trusted. You will go away with no repairs done, over a hundred dollars lighter, and shotty auto repair work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
