Review content:
I spent two weeks at Fit Rx, and it made me a healthier person. This was my first trip to a fitness resort, so I didn't know what to expect. The staff at Fit Rx provided a relaxed setting for me to get in better shape. My goal was to lose at least 10 pounds during my two week stay. I lost 12 pounds! But even better, I learned how to continue my healthy lifestyle outside of the resort. I can't say enough good things about the staff. The trainers are excellent. They watch all the clients and individualize the workouts when needed. We worked out as a group, but the three trainers were always alert to each of the client's needs. I continue my weight loss at home and am living a healthy lifestyle because of what I learned at Fit Rx.
