My husband and I have been taking vehicles to South Denver Automotive probably since 1990. They are very accommodating, and I like that they are upfront with what they think the issues might be. They also don't do unnecessary fixes on our cars.
If they do find something that they were not in there for, unless it is something really urgent, they always give me an estimate so that I can work it into my budget. They are also good about recommending me to other people to do work. I needed a muffler, and they referred me to a very good muffler place. When the transmission was rebuilt in my truck the people they used for that were very good.
I think there is so much trust that needs to be invested for something like auto work. The people who work on your cars really have your life in their hands, because at some point something could be dangerous if they didn't do a good job. I have never had a vehicle South Denver Automotive fixed strand me anywhere.
I also think their prices are very competitive, and at this point in time there is no way I would go to anyone else. The trust is so important to me. I even make them food two times a year to take to them because I think they are so great. I think that good mechanics like them are under appreciated. There are a bunch of not so good mechanics, and so people don't realize there are mechanics who stand by their work, take pride in what they do, and do a good job.
