Every woman understands the significance of having a trusting relationship with her hair stylist. Recently my hairdresser of many years left the business to begin a family, so I was faced with the agonizing chore of finding a new stylist.
After three underwhelming visits to Moxie Salon (3 strikes and you're out), I called Lux Salon and scheduled an appointment with Jenna. I am so happy that I did!
I knew after the first appointment that I'd found my dream match! Jenna's superb skills are matched by her ability to actually listen to what I want. Throughout the haircutting process, she checks in with me to make certain that I'm satisfied, and to discuss options. I'm happy from the moment I leave the salon through the time that I return 5 weeks later. I don't have to do the ""tweaking"" at home that I've done after visiting other salons.
Recently I referred a friend to Jenna and she had the same marvelous results from the very first appointment (this friend also had unsatisfying experiences at Salon Moxie--with a different stylist)!
I highly recommend Jenna. In addition to being very talented she has a friendly and delightful personality. What a relief to have found a new hairstyling home!
