I order a lot of repair parts and have NEVER had FedEx make a delivery on time! I dread seeing the shipper note that an item I need quickly is being shipped on time. It happened again today. I use Amazon a lot for parts shipping and was informed that the item would arrive today via FedEx. As usual I tracked the delivery all day after it was noted that the package was ""out for delivery"" from the FedEx depot in Pittston. Of course, just an hour ago I received the same old message that the shipment was delay for ""external"" reasons (read: the driver was too lazy to make the delivery. I have never had one single problem with UPS and when the item tracking process states the ""in is out for delivery"" it ALWAYS arrives on time by a totally professional driver.Needless to say, FedEX sucks!!
Cons: Never makes a delivery on time!!
