Businiess name:  Ralph Morgan's Plumbing Inc

Review content:
While the work was satisfactory--for the past 12-hours anyway--their approach to business is dishonest. I live in Fayetteville and walked across the street to see if the plumbers working on that house would fix my leaking toilet. They quoted me one price if there was a seal replacement involved--that was fair. They walked across the street and fixed the leak by tightening two tank bolts and then charge significantly more than the quote for changing the seal--which is a lot more work. The job took less than 10 minutes and the bill was $71.00. Pros: They showed up quickly--from across the street Cons: They billed as if they had to drive up from Lumberton; i.e., out of town
