I'm a busy business owner who loves coming home to a clean house. I noticed that I didn't have enough time to keep my home in the manner I had grown accustomed to before working for myself. I started using this service a few years ago and I haven't looked back since. I am extremely organized and I'm generally home when the maids arrive to give them ""complete"" instruction because these indivudals clean many homes and each home is different. So if you want it done a particular way - make sure you let them know.
Pros: Always have a maid available within 48 hour notice.
Cons: High turnover, when I get use to one they move on.
