I just finished renovations on an apartment I had recently purchased and could not believe how much dust had accumulated. The walls, widows, cabinets and floors were so dusty I thought it would never go away. I tried to clean it myself and after about 5 hours I realized I would never get it cleaned thoroughly. Even though didn't have the cleaning expense in my original budget I decided to bite the bullet and use a professional cleaning company. I was refered to Maid for You New York from my doorman who said they clean several apartments in my building. When I called I spoke to a woman who explained exactly what there post renovation service included and given a price over the phone. Even though it was a more than what I was expecting it to be I had to get it done and I felt comfortable with what I had heard from the customer service person. The end result was a great job. The apartment was so clean and that heavy dust smell was gone. I am glad I was recommended to them and will use them again.
Pros: Really detailed & fast appointment
Cons: Little pricey-(but worth it)
