We have seen SEVERAL dentists due to all of the work my then 4 year old daughter needed. We took her to 2 different pediatric dentists and our family dentist, and everyone agreed she needed surgery to correct her issues. We decided to visit 1 more pediatric dentist before making our decision, and I am SO relieved we found Spencer and Spencer! Dr. Glynn got us worked in right away. Instead of giving my daughter a 5 minute exam and then sticking me in a room with a hospital coordinator who would tell me what I'd owe at the end of my daughter's treatment, he actually talked me through everything, showing me what he needed to do, and explained the reason behind every procedure. He explained the different ways her conditions could be treated, and then explained why he did it the way he did. He encouraged me to get even more opinions if I wanted because it was an important decision to make, and he offered me the names and numbers of other dentists to consult. By the end of our hour-long appointment, I was so thankful we had tried just one more pediatric dentist! The staff was great with my daughter, who was a mess after seeing 3 other dentists in a 2 week time frame. Their Lee's Summit office is so kid-friendly and fun, and very convenient. I cannot say enough good things about this practice and I am so glad we found them. They will be taking care of our children's teeth for years to come!
