I would check off zero stars if I could. This dentistry is very unprofessional, from the start the receptionist are rude, they make you wait a very long time, making you feel worthless. Every time I went there they over charged me. Shavonne, however you spell her name never makes an attempt to really find out whether your insurance covers your dental work or not. Every time I had something done she came back with an outrageous amount of money, and then I had to remind her that I had two insurances and even then she never got it right, until I called the insurance myself. Dr. Bang is very rude and she doesn't care about how you feel about the finished product. I told her I didn't like the work and she didn't make an effort to change it. She didn't care. The rest of the dentist are all newbies and lack experience to do any cosmetic procedure. Please save your money and go else where. I thought it had only happened to me, until I saw more bad reviews. This is the very first review I post and it is very long over due.
