I have had two appointements at this office and it was the worst one. I live in Philly and for business i was for a couple of weeks in Bakersfield. Just found the office buy internet because i had a swollen gum, so the site was nice and it didnt had bad reviews at that moment. I needed according to them a clean up, a crown and a filling. The first day they put me on a chair for 2.5hr and the second day almost 4hrs. Nobody seemed to help me i felt sleeped the second day until a lady came and asked me ""have you been helped""?, UNBELIEVABLE!!!. the cleaning was O.K. But two weeks later the filling felt off and i can hearly eat on the crown side because is sensitive, i was already in Philly when this happened so i called for help and they were going to call me back with a solution that NEVER came. Really bad job and an AWFUL office, 0 respect for pacients. i paid over $1600 for a bad crown and a filling that came off 2 weeks later. dont ever go to Bakersfield Dental Group you are going to have a bad moment. you are going to end up paying for bad crowns and fillings that fall off. the doctor was Richard Leung. The only thing they have contact me is for BILS AND BILLS that of course im not going to pay until they fix my problem.
