I'm not sure what the previous reviewer was talking about because I was there last night with a few friends and the ribeye was incredible. I'll agree that the place is beautiful and the decor fabulous. What is this guy talking about that a waiter spilling wine would never happen at a restaurant? Do other restaurants hire robots? Dude, it happens at the best restaurants and they comped you a bottle of wine (what's that like $100.00?) to compensate and you were still turned off? Sounds like you're a little uptight there. There is nothing typical about this place. I obviously had heard about The Forge growing up in Miami, but hadn't been there in a long long time and when my friend suggested it because it had recentl reopened I wanted to go back. While the decor is beautiful, the food simply outdid everthing else. I also tried the tuna and risotto and they were fabulous. We're coming here again next week before the Miami Spice menu is done...I loved it.
