I was new to the area and went to MK Salon, the first couple of times I went the girl who did my hair was nice, friendly, and did exactly what I wanted for a cut & color. Two weeks before my wedding I went to get my hair cut & colored, she left the color on for the highlights so long it FRIED my hair!!! I left the salon and she never said a word to me about it. I hadn't noticed it it was late and the way it was styled you couldn't tell. Until the next morning when I went to do my own hair. I was so upset that I had paid over $125 + tip I cried for about two hours. I call the salon that morning, when I confronted that hair stylist she told me that I must have put something in my hair in order for it to burn like that! I wouldn't pay a salon good money to do my hair so that I could go home and do it myself! Worst part is that they didn't want to admit they screwed up and wouldn't even consider giving me a refund!
