Review content:
We've been in one of their Redbud Lane properties (Sunflower Apartments) for several years now. The management company, Gage Management, has had its ups and downs, and I certainly have had my issues with the company from time to time. But all-in-all, they have not been that bad. Repairs were made (for the most part) in a timely fashion. Rent is low to accommodate lower-income residents. They have painted and repainted the inside stairwell and landing. There also was a man who came over every other week or so to sweep out the inside stairwell.
