I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the BMW convertible I bought from you in August. The pictures in your website portrayed the car in the exact condition in which I received it. Everything the website said and showed me was true. I never thought seriously about buying a car over the internet, sight unseen, but I would never hesitate to do it again through you and Chariots. You made the purchase simple and painless (well, except for actually having to pay for the car!). Thanks for being so helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with you and I look forward to buying my next car from you (although I'll probably keep the BMW forever). I also have passed your name around to some of my friends who might be in the market for a new car in the next few months. Who knows, maybe one or two will call you. Thanks again.
