i recently went there and i was highly disappointed in the fact they were basically auctioning off the puppy my friend wanted. he signed the paper stating her understood the vet n return policy. the lady asked what price he was told for the puppy he told her then she asked the guy to verify. the guy turned around and stated after he called that morning at 9 stating he was coming for the pet someone else called. the guy that called after offered a higher price and said he might be in later that day to get the puppy. he told my friend if he was willing to pay what the guy offered he could take the puppy. my friend said no i am here now and this is the price you told me last week when i was here looking at him. so the woman said if the guy didnt show up to get the puppy later she will call him and he can have it for the price he was told last week. my friend told her do not bother. its sad how they are auctioning off a living animal for the highest bidder basically... its a animal with feelings who just wants a good home not a piece of antique furniture!!!
