Review content:
Can I give no stars? Marie accepted my 1.75 TW carat diamond for repair in 2/2011. The setting needed a replacement/new head. The work took 5 weeks to complete as the ring was sent back to ""her guy"" a second time for poor workmanship. Less than 5 months later the entire head (including the 1 carat diamond) fell off. During each encounter with Marie I was patient & professional. I left Marie two messages to discuss a refund in 7/2011. When she called back she not only denied me the refund but spoke to me very unprofessionally saying... ""you were a problem since the minute you walked through my door"", ""you shouldn't have been wearing a ring like that to the beach anyway"", ""you can call the guy who I sent it to and ask for your money"", ""sue me, you're not getting your money back."", ""it's your problem now, not mine"". She offered to have ""her guy"" fix it again, however I think most quality minded customers would agree this not an option due to the poor workmanship & unprofessional behavior.
