If your idea of good service is having parts missing and poorly installed, while paying an arm-and-a-leg for it, this is your kinda place! I had my trucks front end rebuilt a while back. Even though some of the parts were flapping around loose, it didn't seem that bad. Then, one day, the dealer tells me several parts were missing! WOW. I go to talk to ole Darrell, and he tells me ""its your fault I didn't install those parts!' Gee Darrell, I bet your right. Your the one that went to supposedly a ""professional"" , and I am the one who should've known better, and told you to install those parts. I am amazed at how someone can be that unconcerned about their customers or the work they produce. My Family has used them in the past, but we have resolved to NEVER go back.
