Review content:
This is the first time I've ever made the effort to write a negative review. Normally, when I have a bad experience I just write it off and choose to never do business with the establishment again. But this was a whole new level of suck. The prices are high. Michael tells you that he has special digital equipment, but the truth is most glasses are digitally ground these days. He does have some nice high-end frames, but watch out for the names you don't recognize. Junk he parades as high quality. He'll promise you your glasses in a few weeks, but he'll deliver them in a few months. There will be a story about how he didn't like the lenses, he rejected them because they weren't good enough - something along those lines. You'll eventually get your glasses, and you'll just be so grateful to finally have them that you'll believe they are special - but they aren't. I've talked to a number of people who've purchased glasses here. Everyone gets the same story, same delays. If he's rejecting that many lenses, the suppliers would dump him. It just doesn't add up. All of that isn't the worst part. The worst part is that if you ask questions about price, Michael will likely blow up at you, yell and call you cheap. I wish this were an exaggeration, but it's not. This was especially surprising to me, because just eighteen months earlier I had spent $2500 on glasses at Executive Eyewear. I spent much less elsewhere, and I'm every bit as happy with the glasses. If you ask me, expect to pay too much, wait too long, and risk getting yelled at by the owner if you buy from Executive Eyewear.
