Review content:
We are a small business & we have been doing business with them since 2006 (unfortunately). For a collection agency, they have barely collected anything from our clients (have sent over $16,000 worth of collections). Secondly, we magically don't get a monthly statement from them w/ payments from clients, and when we call to ask for it...they tell me they will charge us for it & WE should keep better records....and that definately pissed me off! I am the most organized person I know (a little OCD), and I have EVERY invoice / statement ever sent to us since 2006. Well, come to find out, the missing invoices were invoices w/ payments made from clients & we never received the check of payment! So my advice to companies: DO NOT USE GEORGE BROWN ASSOCIATES!!! They are rude, incapable of doing their job, & apparently up to no good!
