Businiess name:  Carpet One Norman

Review content:
Our sales person at Norman Carpet was very patient, informative and professional. Then came the installation of our $8000 carpets and I am dismayed that workers like these are even allowed to work in a home. I took 2 days off from work for this project, and the crew arrived fighting about who was going to install carpets on the stairs (my home is all stairs). No one wanted to do it and they argued in front of me. Then they called their boss and told him that they didn't know how to cut a complicated corner and that he should replace them with another crew (which would have cost me another day off from work). Finally when the project was done, the foreman convinced me that they could not re-hang my closet doors because the new carpet was too think and that I should buy new doors. I am embarassed to say I fell for this, and spent the next month shopping for closet doors, only to find that I need custom made doors (due to odd size) which would cost me $2000. After 2 months of arguing with Norman's they agreed to come back and rehang the old doors (but the service people fought me all the way). Overall, this really wasn't worth the agravaion. Pros: Friendly Sales Cons: Bad Customer Service, Bad Installation Crew, Shoddy work
