I should have written this months ago, but I am just getting around to it now. Please be advised and listen when I say that this shop is a SCAM!!!! I took my vehicle in to have 2 things done: my a/c fixed and my broken door handle repaired. I pick my vehicle up for the small price of $452.01 only to find that as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot the a/c was blowing warm and 1 week later my door handle broke again. I called the shop the next day to tell them about the a/c and they said to bring it back in. I made my way back into the shop as soon as I had time available. I began to talk to George, who must I say is the rudest person I have ever met in my life! I explained all of the above and he told me that they would look at the car but I would have to pay for the labor charge. WAIT RIGHT THERE I paid you $452.01 to at least fix my door handle and now you want me to pay for another labor charge to fix what I already paid $230.00 for. I told him that I would just take my vehicle elsewhere and that is when George started literally yelling at me to my face. He asked me if I expected him to just work for free, that every time I came in that he was just suppose to open his shop up to me and fix my car for free. I told him that I just wanted him to fix what I had paid for and he just continued to yell at me. I just left this shop and will never go back. I hope that you will seriously consider using another shop so that you don't have the same experience that I had.
