Review content:
City tire warped my rotors. After I told them this they refused to fix it unless I paid again. After talking to potiac dealership they told me it was very easy to warp the rotors on my car and its very easy for mechanics to do it. City tires refused to call pontiac in front of me for fear of conformation. And repeatedly just told me ""You can't prove it"" After they replaced the rotors at a lower cost (I shouldn't have had to pay that anyway) the new rotors were still warped. The mechanic told me again I would have to pay for new rotors. He refused to try and please the customer. I've never experienced worse customer service. I would not even in the least bit recommend this place. They might mess something else up on your car and tell you that ""you cant prove it""
