Review content:
I have taken my vehicles over the years and have had so-so results. I generally work on my own vehicles but cannot accurately align all four wheels or mount and balance tires. Over the years the counter guys have been okay, the workmanship also okay. I took my used van in for new tires years ago and they crushed my rocker panels where they lifted it. Couldn't prove it, but I'm pretty sure they weren't like that when I brought it in there. More recently I took my older sons car in for a four wheel alignment. It was pulling to the right a bit. The counter guy said they did the best they could but it was beyond their capabilities because it was a caster/camber problem, but I was still charged a princely sum. My younger son took his truck in for an alignment a couple months later and he was told it would cost him about the same as I paid. However, he was told they didn't have the adapter to fit his wheels and would have to wait until they ordered it. Since the vehicles have the same size wheels with a nearly identical configuration, did they actually do an alignment on my car? He took his truck to the Ford dealer and got it done cheaper and without the mystery.
