Review content:
After leaving Houston to escape Hurricane Ike, we were excited to treat ourselves to Paul Prudhomme's cuisine. I had a delicious chicken dish which was lightly breaded and fried, served with wonderful jambalaya. The whole meal was very good. My wife, who grew up in La. had the blackened baby drum. Her initial comment to the server was, ""We used to throw drum back when we went fishing"". He told her that she would enjoy the fish-it was just like red fish. So she decided to try it. She found it way too salty, from the blackening seasoning. She sent it back, asking to just have it broiled with lemon butter and no seasoning. It came back with too much salt again! She didn't eat the fish, but did like the mashed potatoes. She also liked the bread pudding.
Pros: Our server was very patient with our requests
Cons: Food was inconsistent
