Review content:
I absolutely HATE going to the Hobby Lobby in Waco! I only go if I can't find what I need at Michael's. The lines are always LONG and SLOW, no matter what time of day or what day of the week you go. The managers hold staff meetings DURING open hours, so that there is no one on the store floor to help you or check you out. The fabric area is a Ghost Town. Ring the bell all day long, but no one is coming. (they are in a staff meeting in the back). The staf and the CSMs have NO customer Service skills at all. They are all so grouchy and grumpy to deal with. Just stand in line and listen to the complaints of fellow shoppers in the long line and of those poor shoppers entering the store. I hope a Garden Ridge comes to Waco so I won't have to endure another single, maddening visit to Hobby Lobby ever again. I always leave so aggravated!
