We had a great experience with these guys. I called them after getting service call costs of over $300 competitors. It was when my air went down and we hit 90 degrees in house. I called in and the rep helped me get a service call through. It was nice to get somebody knowledgeable on the phone for once. He had dispatched an emergency crew out in under an hour. They came in and explained to me why my unit wasn't running and how I could avoid the issue in the future. They installed a filter cap in my drain line. It helps me keep the line clean so my drainage pan doesn't over flow. All in all I dealt without air for only 3 hours because these guys were there. They taught me the basic maintenance needs and now i'm a service contract member.
