I am from Evansville,In my friend I went into meet his boss. We were seated then a hostess came over with a dirty white t-shirt and told him to put it on. He was wearing a t-shirt it was a plain one wasn't quite sleeveless he has a arm band tattoo and his shirt covered it. We were shocked the women being served were wearing sleeveless tops and somewhere worse than that. If his boss hadn't suggested it. We would have walked out. I am going to recommend it to know one I know. Rule should fit for every customer but I guess we know why the like the some people to dress sleeveless don't we.
