I have two issues with this store.
Several years ago, they arranged to ship several firearms to me. It was a comedy of errors on their end, the items arrived very late, nobody could find a tracking number or verify they'd been shipped, clearly from the tracking information I found after the fact they'd shipped late and the store was trying to avoid 'fessing up to the problem.
The second issue is how they've treated Mr. Savage. I've done business with Savage for years now, and he's always been completely trustworthy and above-board. Apparently Shoot Straight is less so. They need to get him his gun back, after two years of stonewalling, and make this right.
Frankly, Savage has been more than patient and reasonable - I would have brought the local police and the BATF into this by now, since in essence his firearm has been stolen...
There are enough other honest businesses out there that I'd encourage folks to take their trade elsewhere, until Shoot Straight cleans up their act.
