I totally agree with the user above. As a current student I would strongly recommend NOT attending this beauty college, unless you feel like being ""taught"" by staff that are older than the hills. Nothing is up to date there, teachers included. You are basically on your own, or taught by other students. It's a waste of $14,000 to sit around all day doing pin curls and fingerwaves over and over again; and getting scolded like you are 5 years old. Forget being treated like an adult, that's out of the question. And forget ever getting the supplies you PAID for on time, you will more than likely get them the day you graduate from that hell hole. They claim to be the top accredited school on the east coast, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The owner is non existant, unless he is stopping by the school to collect someone's tuition check; therefore he leaves the school in the hands of a manager who is not only rude to the students, but also the customers as well. The staff, decor, curriculum, and teaching styles need to be seriously renovated and updated. Once again, I would not recommend this school to anyone who wants to be a professional hairdresser; this school does nothing to prepare you for the ""real life"" in the industry other than how to kiss butt if you want to get anywhere. Cons: staff, manager, lack of concern for students
